Product Information
Our products are print-on-demand and custom-made upon receiving your order. Colors and designs may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to printing processes and screen settings.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We currently ship to United States and some countries on Europe Only. Orders from unsupported countries may not be fulfilled. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production times, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.
As our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue for resolution.
We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Customs fees or taxes for international orders, if applicable.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our store indicates acceptance of any changes.
Shipping Zones
We currently ship to United States and some countries in Europe Only.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and product weight.
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, followed by a delivery time of 5–10 business days.
Note: Shipping times may vary due to holidays or unforeseen delays.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
The item is defective or damaged. The item received is different from what was ordered.
If your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected]. Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
Once your claim is verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Custom or personalized items (unless defective or incorrect). Orders canceled after the production process begins.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to location restrictions or any other reason, you will be notified and refunded.
